Why Garage Sale?

What is so compelling about the garage/yard sale? So many people not only garage sale to find that special item, but do it because of the hook. The feeling they get when they pull up to each sale.

Some people like garage sales to see what people are selling
Some like garage sales to find items that will then resell to make more money
Some call it Junkin!
Some just enjoy the a day of Saling.

What drives you to the sale? I am curious what the thoughts are on this. Please share!
